Here I am, past 2 am in the morning, feeling really really really drain, physically, mentally, emotionally everything, and I have to prepare the slides for my presentation tomorrow.

Started modifying my old slides when I accidentally clicked on the clip art icon when I meant to insert a picture from file. I mean the icons for both share a similar meaning. So Powerpoint started loading some clip art stuff which I quickly hit Cancel.

But then stupid Windows started configuring Visio because of some missing component and starting trying to install it. And everytime I hit cancel before the progress bar completes, another of the same window pops up! Like what the hell? I don’t want to install means don’t want.

So ok, since it wants so badly to complete the process, I patiently let the progress bar complete, only to be greeted by a missing file dialog. WTF?! I can’t complete the installation cos I don’t have the installation CD with me now and even if I fucking have it I don’t want to install it now because I just want to get my presentation over and done with so I can go wallow in my bed and try to sleep and wake up early the next morning to present at the freaking meeting!

Who writes software in this stupid way anyway?!

I was asking veronica where mla was, and she said oh, she’s not working today. Then I wondered… hmm. How do you know who mla was? And veron happily told me about oh, you know, our MANAGER saw this blogpost about this satisfied customer who wrote on his blog about how much he enjoyed the food at MFM during their visit for XTINE’s birthday, how great the service was especially from MLA. He printed out the blogpost and stuck it somewhere in the restaurant as a reminder to all the staff on what good service is about. My jaw dropped when she said that. I was like…. oh mi goodness. THATS MY BLOGPOST. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!

Jiabin, you could start sidelining by reviewing eating places on your blog. Heh
