Such a nice quote from such a nice poem, used in such a nice movie. “Oh don’t you know any other adjectives?” Finally watched it after having it been residing on my harddisk for a few months.
Seriously it’s a great but really really sad show, one of the rare Hollywood flicks that potrays very real human relationships, of how memories of good times hurt after the bitterness of the bad ones dies. How we so want to have them erased but will only later regret.
The ending was intentionally left hanging and I’m inclined to believe that things didn’t work out in the end, contary to what most people would want to think. Given the reasons they broke up in the first place, it probably happen again. Which makes everything seem so scary. I guess humans are just irrational. Life’s so sad.
